Situato ad Est, potrai godere di splendide albe e di una luminosità naturale che ti accompagnerà durante tutta la giornata. Con tutti i comfort necessari, ti sentirai come a casa tua in questo spazio accogliente e ben curato.

 10Verificata ☺This is a great apartment. It is very close to the center and has everything one needs: a very comfortable bed (!), air conditioning in both rooms (it was hot outside), washing machine, iron, plenty of towels provided, and everything else. Plus a large balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains! The communication with the host was great. And the garage under the building was perfect for our rented car! Tip: The apartment is on the 5th (not 4th) floor of the building and there is an elevator that you can take either to the 4th or 5th floor (better with suitcases). The 5th floor is split into 2 sections separated by stairs. From the elevator on the 5th floor you will have to go about 9 (?) steps down to a landing and then about 9 (?) steps up again to get to the other side of the staircase where the apartment is. If you get out on the 4th floor, you will have to go up all 18 steps (9 to the landing and another 9 to the 5th floor).

 10Verificata Perfecte locatie om de omgeving fietsend of wandelend te verkennen, dicht bij het centrum. ☺Een mooi appartement op loopafstand van het het centrum. De perfect locatie als start van de vele wandel- en fiets routes in de omgeving. De garage, groot genoeg voor auto en fietsen, is een pre. Margit, de gastvrouw, heeft er alles aangedaan om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te laten zijn. De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos. Klasse ☹niets

 8,0Verificata Heerlijk appartement op 10 minuten van het centrum ☺Schoon, alles voorhanden, airco, klein maar fijn, balkon, 10 minuten lopen naar centrum. Lift aanwezig, garagebox voor onze auto was perfect. ☹Wij waren er toen het erg warm was, dan is het gebouw zelf zeer warm en heeft geen airco. Je kunt je opnieuw douchen wanneer je beneden bent.

 9,0Verificata Es war wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen. ☺Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt, sehr zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, wunderbare Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht. Es war trotz der Wärme gut zu kühlen.

 9,0Verificata Gute Unterkunft um die Stadt und das Umland zu erkunden. ☺Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Es gibt einen Bäcker, Obstladen und ein gut bestückter Spar  in der Straße, nicht weit entfernt. Mit der Touristenkarte, die uns die Vermieterin besorgt hat kann man Busse und Bahn , auch einen Teil der Seilbahnen kostenlos nutzen in ganz Südtirol. Das ist einfach super, unser Auto stand die ganze Zeit in der Tiefgarage. ☹leider waren keine Wäscheklammern und Wäschekorb vorhanden, es gibt nämlich eine Waschmaschine.

 10Verificata ☺Ein wirklich toll ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer schönen großen Terrasse. Die Lage ist super, 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt, 7 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Perfekt organisierte Übergabe der Schlüssel, eine sehr nette Vermieterin. 10 Punkte in jeder Hinsicht.
